A few highlights from the last years, from silicon all the way up to the pixels. The full mission logs are in my resume.
Service record
Selected Work
- ISA-level GPU kernels Hand-written ISA kernels for next-generation GPUs, feeding the ray-tracing and AI units and managing the memory hierarchy (LDS/L1/L2) and register pressure.
- Silicon validation System-level tests for high-end APU silicon, validating error rates, performance and heat dissipation before production.
- Zero-copy HTML5 graphics An IPC path that writes Chromium (CEF) frames straight into shared GPU memory, removing CPU-side copies from real-time broadcast graphics on the TriCaster line.
- Lead, P0P rendering engine Designed and led an internal real-time DirectX/OpenGL rendering engine in modern, multithreaded C++.
